The Assistant Store Manager must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to create an efficient and positive working environment. No previous management experience necessary, but must possess excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn. Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Making a quality product you are proud to serve.
  • Managing a staff of approximately 5-15 members.
  • Leading by example – performing daily operations and training of new staff members.
  • Assisting the Store Manager with clerical tasks – daily paperwork, inventory, health & safety, etc.

  • Full-time (approximately 30 hours a week).
