Must be available to work approximately 25-30 hours/week, evenings & weekends. Must possess strong leadership skills with a focus on excellent customer service. Our Evening Supervisor is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Our Evening Supervisor is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service and product.
- Performing regular shift operations – taking orders, making products, taking payments, etc.
- Supervising the evening shift and approximately 4-6 staff members at a time.
- Training staff on daily store operations.
- Performing closing duties – daily paperwork & general tidiness.
Other Details:
